For this round of Nat Geo’s “80’s the Decade that Made US” 15 sec idents, Nat Geo challenged Buck to animate a story about the American experience in the 1980’s, and discuss how certain events helped shape our cultural values and behaviors moving forward.

- Man of Steel Fan-Made Title Sequence -

Creative production company Will & Tale are passing the time until the June 14 release of Man of Steel by creating this fan-made title sequence for the upcoming film completely from scratch.

- SLOW MOTION NYC “STREET” -

STREET is an unscripted 61-minute high definition video filmed by artist James Nares over one week in September 2011. The final video is a mesmerizing experiment in the nuance and beauty of everyday people and people-watching; providing a global view that extends beyond the streets of New York where it was filmed: from Battery Park to the furthest reaches of Upper Broadway, and West Side to East Side in Nares’ personal homage to actualité films.

Recorded at 780 fps with the Phantom Flex camera and a Angenieux Optimo 17-80mm T2.2 Zoom.
